Earlier this term, the Youth Mission Team Australia hosted the Year 9 Retreat at the HBL Football Club facilities in Brunswick. The theme of the retreat was based around Relationships.
Students participated in different interactive sessions, such as: - Appreciating our Dignity and Value - The Power of Influence - Relationship with Jesus
The hosts of Youth Mission Team were very successful in engaging the students all day through fun, interactive activities and by sharing their personal experiences with the students.
The Year 9s learnt the importance of being true to yourself and they learnt how they can empower their friends. They also learnt how they can increase the capacity to love those around us, by accepting Jesus into their lives.
