In Week 9 of Term 2, our Year 10 Child Development class celebrated the end of the term with a party-themed class. The students used their creativity and enjoyed making mini birthday cakes and original party hats.
The Child Development course helps students gain a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities of parents and caregivers, while also exploring topics such as families, conception, pregnancy, and the needs of newborn babies. The elective is an excellent foundation for those considering a child-related career or pursuing further studies such as a Certificate III Early Childhood Education during Year 11 and Year 12.
We want to congratulate all of our students on a successful term and their well-deserved celebration!
