It is evident that Josh Kruger (Year 10) is really enjoying his Workplace Learning placement at Buckinghams Quality Butchers in South Bunbury.
Josh has been learning all about working as a butcher and has had the opportunity to prepare a range of products for sale in the popular store. He spoke about his interest in developing a career in the industry and plans to access an apprenticeship in the future and become a qualified butcher.
The Workplace Learning program has provided Josh with the opportunity to learn retail and food-handling skills within a real-world setting.
