Jesiah Francis participated in the College Year 10 Work Experience Program in the last week of Term 2, which resulted in a successful transition to full-time employment.
Jesiah followed the College procedure to initiate a placement and contacted host employer, Roesner Pty Ltd, to request their support. Following his block week, the feedback received from the employer was nothing but positive and Roesner were prompt in offering Jesiah a full-time Boiler Maker/Welder Apprenticeship.
Our Lady of Mercy College is very proud of Jesiah’s appointment and wish him all the very best with this new chapter. We would also like to acknowledge and extend our gratitude to Mark Roesner and the team at Roesner Pty Ltd.
