As part of our ongoing commitment to school improvement, we invite staff, students and parents to participate in a Climate Survey every two years. This process began in 2021 and continues to play an important role in shaping our future direction.
We invite you to complete the NSI Partnership Parent and Caregiver Survey (PaCS), developed by Curtin University. Your feedback will provide valuable insights and help identify key priorities to guide our school improvement planning.
Your confidentiality
Your responses are completely anonymous. No identifying information is collected and individual responses cannot be accessed by the College. All data is submitted directly to NSI, where it is analysed and compiled into aggregated reports. NSI operates under a strict Code of Ethics and adheres to professional standards of conduct.
Use of the data
Survey results will be aggregated and presented to the College in a comprehensive report. In some cases, feedback may be grouped by general background information (e.g. parent or caregiver role). To ensure anonymity, this occurs only where there are four or more responses within a category.
How to complete the survey
To participate, please visit www.NSIPartnerships.com.au and enter the code OLMparents in the Start Questionnaire field.
The survey is open until 22 May 2026 and takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. You will be asked to respond to a series of statements about different aspects of school life, indicating how often you believe each occurs.
If you have more than one child at the College, you are welcome to complete the survey more than once, as students’ experiences may differ. Please note that students will complete the Student Survey during school hours.
We greatly value the perspectives of our parent community and appreciate the time you take to provide this feedback. Your input is instrumental in helping shape the future direction of the College.
