School of Rock The Musical: What a Show!
The dust has settled, but we’re still looking back on what a fantastic experience School of Rock was for our College community.
With four outstanding performances at the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre, the production was a wonderful showcase of the talent and passion within our Performing Arts Department.
Our students were incredible. Their singing, acting, musicianship and confidence on stage were exceptional, and it was fantastic to see them embrace their roles and shine in every performance.
A huge thank you to our incredibly dedicated staff, who have worked behind the scenes and supported every part of the production. School of Rock was a huge commitment over many months, with countless afternoons, evenings and weekends spent rehearsing, preparing and making sure everything was ready for the stage. Your professionalism, care and dedication to our students have been exceptional.
Thank you also to our incredibly talented band for helping make every performance sound fantastic.
A special thank you to our former students Josh, Kai and Jack for the additional time, expertise and support they gave to the production. Your contribution made a real difference, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
And, of course, thank you to our incredible tech crew, working behind the scenes to help bring the production together. So much of what makes a show work happens out of sight, and your contribution was an important part of the success of School of Rock.
To everyone who was part of School of Rock, on stage, backstage, in the band, behind the scenes or supporting along the way, thank you.
What a show. What a team. What an experience.
We can’t wait to see what our Performing Arts students and staff bring to the stage next!
