Congratulations to Ella Furler in Year 12 on her fantastic achievement! She has been offered employment at Little Explorers Eaton.
During Year 11, Ella began her Early Childhood Education and Care journey by completing the Certificate 3. With her dedication and hard work, she's now on the verge of finishing all her coursework, practical tasks, and work placement hours. This means that as soon as she completes her Certificate, she'll have guaranteed employment waiting for her. Not only that, but Ella has also undergone essential training in first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis, making her even more prepared for her role.
We couldn't be prouder of Ella's outstanding attitude and her ability to engage with the children at Little Explorers. Claire and the team have been impressed by her inquisitive nature, her hands-on approach, and her positive presence in the workplace.
Mrs Shields, Ella's teacher, is thrilled with her progress. Ella has brilliantly applied her classroom knowledge to real-world situations and interacts with the children in a calm, responsive, and encouraging manner.
Completing the Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care is a stepping stone to further studies, leading to the possibility of achieving a Diploma or teaching qualifications at university level.
Thank you to Claire and her team at Little Explorers for being amazing mentors and providing invaluable support to Ella throughout her journey.
Please contact the OLMC Career Services Team if you would like more information about the College’s certificate courses.
