On Thursday, 11 September, Our Lady of Mercy College marked R U OK? Day, a national reminder of the importance of checking in and connecting with those around us.

In their PCG classes, students engaged in meaningful conversations, reflecting on the Mercy value of Compassion. While the message of R U OK? is one we carry every day, this occasion provided a special opportunity to pause and strengthen those connections we sometimes struggle to find time for.

Staff gathered for a yellow-themed morning tea, while students enjoyed table tennis, music and dancing in the courtyard.

Thank you to our College Counsellors Mr Michael Grove and Miss Emily Denholm for organising the day.
