Flexischools CDF Pay Online Purchasing App for Café and College Events

Our Lady of Mercy College uses the CDFpay mobile app for online café ordering and purchases for events at our school.
All families are required to download this app.
Previous versions of the CDF app, or bookmarked pages prior to 2025 will no longer work and are not supported.
How to register for a new CDFpay account:
Download the CDFpay mobile app on the Apple Store or Google Play, then click 'Sign up Now'.
Important:
Top up your parent wallet and set daily spend limits for your child.
To avoid card surcharges, top up $50 or more using a debit card or bank transfer any value. Credit card will incur a surcharge (charged by CDF Pay, not the College). It may take upto 2 days to clear.
Order and pay in seconds.
Enter and confirm your email address, then click ‘Sign up’.
Check your email inbox and follow the prompts to complete your account registration (check junk/spam if lost).
Student ID number - please add the portion of their email address BEFORE the @ symbol. E.g - if my child's email address is michelle.williams@student.cewa.edu.au, I would add michelle.williams as the student ID number.
(This allows the cards to be read correctly by the machine).
All support is handled by Flexischools, and not by Our Lady of Mercy College. Please see below for support.
