Curtin Medical Students Visit the College to Promote Rural Student Pathways for Medical Careers

Our Lady of Mercy College had the privilege of hosting second-year Medical students, Danielle Riha and Cassidy Emmott, from Curtin University today.

Danielle and Cassidy were here to promote the “Rural Student Pathway for studies in Medicine” through the Alumni Ambassador program.

This was a small, focused group discussion directed at students wishing to pursue a career in Medicine. It was both informative and interactive, with our students being given the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion to acquire valuable information aimed specifically at regional students.

We would like to thank Kurtis Gray from the Curtin Rural Outreach Health Club for facilitating the visit and Danielle and Cassidy for their time.

Students attending: Isabelle Crump, Chloe Scott, Linda Xiao, Aurora De Swardt, Hannah Cornwall and Ava O’Brien
