The Career Services Team recently had the great pleasure of visiting Connor at his workplace to congratulate him on commencing his Plumbing apprenticeship with Plumbers & Gasfitter Bunbury.
Connor's journey began in Year 9 when he first met with Mr Briers to explore his career interests and map out his future. Through our College Workplace Learning program, Connor gained hands-on experience in various occupations, which helped him discover his passion for plumbing.
In Year 11, Connor took a significant step forward by enrolling in the Certificate II in Plumbing course at Bunbury Regional Trade Training Centre which is fully supported by the Master Plumbers & Gasfitters Association of WA.
His dedication and enthusiasm during this course and industry hours allowed him to hone his skills and ultimately secure this apprenticeship.
Congratulations, Connor, on a fantastic effort to achieve your career goal.
The College wishes you all the best for the future. Thank you to Luke and the wonderful team at Plumbers & Gasfitter Bunbury for supporting our Workplace Learning program.
