Calista Harvey (Year 11) had the exciting opportunity recently to learn about the medical management of pharmaceuticals during her Workplace Learning placement at Pharmacy 777 in Australind.
Calista is exploring career options within the Healthcare sector and hopes to gain experience working in a hospital setting in the future.
During her placement with Pharmacy 777, Calista learnt about invoice control and stock management. She has also gained valuable customer service experience.
The friendly team at Pharmacy 777 in Australind have assisted Calista in gaining real-world learning opportunities and the College is grateful to Rod and his team for supporting our Workplace Learning students.
